Le Thiou River, about 3.5 km long, is one of the most important tourist attractions in France and is one of the shortest rivers in the French city of Annecy
One of the cleanest European rivers, the river is essentially a flow of water from Lake Annecy and Fier, a tributary of the European Rhone.
The Le Teu River crosses the city of Annecy through small canals, which, without its existence, would not have been given the title of an alpine gun.
During the 19th century, the river played an important role in production activities and provided energy for the industries established in the city of Annecy.
