The Museum of Islamic Art is located in Bab El Khalq, one of the most important tourist attractions in Cairo and one of the largest Islamic museums in the world that emulates the era of Islamic rule of Egypt.
Along with its distinctive architectural design and take on the history of its period, you can enjoy thousands of Islamic artifacts from glass and metalware, furniture, valuable stones, letter-writing equipment, manuscripts, and information on what you see in both languages. It also offers a children's corner.
