Located in the heart of the city, Place Masséna is divided into two parts. North side it is rectangular and lined with Pompeian red colored buildings on white arcades, while in the south it takes a semicircular shape and offers beautiful perspectives.
Dedicated to the Marshal of France since its construction in the nineteenth century, this place is today the subject of a development in the context of the arrival of the tram in the city center.

Place Masséna is in the heart of Nice. It is about the fusion of two places: the place Charles-Albert of neoclassical style dating from 1820 and the Place Masséna of XVIIIth style dating from 1840.
