Eisriesenwelt Ice Caves is one of the most beautiful places that you can visit in Salzburg and is one of the prominent tourism destinations in Austria.
The caves include frozen waterfalls and ice corridors in addition to stalagmites and cataclysms that made the place very impressive. These caves are located deep in one of the foothills of the Alps and are believed to extend to about 42 km or more.
You should wear thick coats, the place is very cold and in some places very cold air currents flow along narrow paths in the cave.
