Pedoulas is snuggled into the Marathasa Valley of the Troodos Massif and is home to a clutch of cultural attractions including the UNESCO-listed Church of Archangelos Michail, a fantastic Byzantine Museum and a Folk Museum.
The church is the village's most famous tourist attraction and dates from 1474 with some fine frescoes of biblical scenes gracing its interior. The Byzantine Museum is dedicated to religious icons with plenty of richly decorated pieces on show.
