One of Paris's best tourist attractions is ideal for families and children; they can see about 500 wax statues of the most famous figures that influenced French and international history from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, in politics, economics or literature, arts and sports.

The museum's impressive history dates back to 1882 and consists of several separate rooms, including the Mirror Room, which was created in 1900 as one of the designs of the World Expo hosted by the French capital, a theater with a number of wax characters that look like real, flesh and blood.

In addition to its impressive exhibits, the halls of the museum appear in an architectural look that resembles Hindu temples or lush forests
